This home is 1/2 mile north of Sherman Avenue, Coeur d'Alene's main street, where you will find many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops....all within walking (10-15 minutes) or biking (5 minutes) distance. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, dog park, and Tubbs Hill's trails are all only a mile away. SEASONS Fine Properties can set up a bike rental for you and deliver to the home before your arrival. This home is only 3 blocks from Midtown Coeur d'Alene where you will find more local favorites...Pilgrims Natural Market, Syringa Japanese Cafe and Sushi Bar, and The Garnet Cafe (best breakfast in town). A local park with play area for the munchkins is only 2 blocks south on 7th Street.

This home has three bedrooms (a king and two queen beds) and a family room with a queen-plus size pull-out sofa with a top of the line mattress enabling 8 adults to sleep very comfortably. There are three full bathrooms in this home. Two of the bedrooms (master and bedroom #2) have private ensuite bathrooms, and the third full bathroom is shared between bedroom #3 and the family room, which sleeps two. The master suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, a walk in shower with double shower heads, and a double sink vanity area. It also has a separate door leading out to the back patio outside. The master suite does not have a useable closet because the owner keeps her private belongings locked inside, but there are plenty of drawers for storage in the dresser.

The large gourmet chef's kitchen has every amenity imaginable from cookware to dishes, and the owner has it stocked with an assortment of spices to jazz up those special meals shared with your guests. Included is a gas-range cooking top, a water and ice dispenser on the stainless steel refrigerator door, microwave, dishwasher, sink in the large island, coffee maker and toaster. A formal dining area with a crafted wooden table that sits 6-8 people flickers with candlelight. The living room has a comfortable wrap around couch that faces a gas burning fireplace, and the owner has a basket of warm, cozy blankets...just in case.

Entertain abounding! There are three large flat screen TV's, one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the family room. This home has cable TV, DVD players, wireless internet, X-Box in the family room, and an assortment of DVD movies and board games. The living room has a sound system which connects to your I-POD or I-PHONE.

Custom tile, hardwood, and high quality carpet flooring throughout this home.

A/C is available for the hot summer days, and a beautifully lit back deck and patio within the fenced and private back yard for those enchanting evenings. The landscaping and lawn are absolutely lovely and well kept. On the patio, there are comfortable chairs surrounding a natural fire pit. And, for the chilly nights, the owner has provided an outdoor heater for your added comfort.

Large front loading washer and dryer for extended stays or dirty expeditions. Parking is off-street, which is very typical for the downtown area, as the owner uses the garage for her personal belongings.

DOGS are welcome, albeit on a case by case basis, and with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please inquire to discuss pet options.

Cancellation Policy
We require a cancellation notice in writing or confirmed email. If cancellation is made before 30 days of your reservation date, 15% (of total rent) rebooking/cancellation fee will be charged. If there is less than a 30-day cancellation notice, 50% of the total rent will be charged. If there are less 14 days notice, no refund will be given. If a guest chooses to depart early, no refund will be given. Travel insurance can be purchased if desired.

Deposit Policy
50% of the rental price is due by credit card to book the reservation. Within 30 days of the rental date, the remaining balance (50% of the rental price, plus 8% tax, a mandatory cleaning fee, a mandatory insurance fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee) will be charged to the same credit card.
