Located on South 15th Street downtown Coeur d'Alene in the Sander’s Beach disctrict, this vacation home includes everything one would need for a comfortable getaway, relaxing in style. From the moment you walk through the front door, you can feel the loving details its owner put into furnishing this beautiful home.

This home is only a few blocks south of Sherman Avenue, Coeur d'Alene's main street, where you will find many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops....all within walking (10 minutes) or biking (less than 5 minutes) distance. Sander’s Public Beach and Tubbs Hill’s hiking trails are just a couple of blocks away, an easy stroll. Centennial Bike Trail is just a few steps away. Coeur d'Alene Resort and Golf Course, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, dog park, are all only about 1/4 mile away. And, SEASONS Fine Properties would be happy to set up a bike rental for you and deliver to the home before your arrival.

It has three bedrooms (a king and two queen beds) and an air mattress available enabling 8 adults to sleep very comfortably. There are three and ½ bathrooms in this home. Two guest bedrooms and an office area are on the second level. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, on the main level, has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and a spacious double sink vanity area. It also has a private door leading out to the back patio/deck outside. Note: The master suite does not have a useable closet because the owners keep their private belongings locked inside, but there are plenty of drawers for storage in the dresser and hooks available for hanging a few items.

The large gourmet chef's kitchen has every amenity imaginable from top-of-the-line cookware to beautiful dishes. Included is a gas-range cooking top, a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A formal dining area with a crafted wooden table that sits 6 people comfortably. The living room has a comfortable couch and love-seat that look upon a gas burning fireplace, and there are plenty of warm, cozy blankets...just in case.

The crown jewel of this home is the respectfully restored, carriage house located just behind the main house, which adds an additional spacious living area. The owners have been careful to keep all original features that create the historic charm, but with the added comfort of modern living. With the French doors opened to the patio, it is perfect for entertaining outdoors. It has two comfortable seating areas, one with a TV and one without, a fantastic outdoor style kitchenette that has a large utility sink and small refrigerator…perfect for cocktail hour. It has a gorgeous full-bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, and there is plenty of room for an air-mattress to be set up.

Entertainment abounding! There are three flat screen TV's, one in the carriage house, one in the master bedroom, and one in the first guest bedroom. This home also has cable TV, DVD players, sound system, and wireless internet.

A/C is available for the hot summer days, and a beautifully lit back deck and patio within the fenced and private back yard/patio for those enchanting evenings. The landscaping and lawn are absolutely lovely and well kept.
Large front-loading washer and dryer for extended stays or dirty expeditions. Parking is off-street with one designated parking spot at the back of the house next to the carriage house.

DOGS are welcome, albeit on a case-by-case basis, and with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please email us to discuss pet options.

Cancellation Policy
We require a cancellation notice in writing or confirmed email. If cancellation is made before 30 days of your reservation date, 15% (of total rent) rebooking/cancellation fee will be charged. If there is less than a 30-day cancellation notice, 50% of the total rent will be charged. If there are less 14 days notice, no refund will be given. If a guest chooses to depart early, no refund will be given. Travel insurance can be purchased if desired.

Deposit Policy
50% of the rental price is due by credit card to book the reservation. Within 30 days of the rental date, the remaining balance (50% of the rental price, plus 8% tax, a mandatory cleaning fee, a mandatory insurance fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee) will be charged to the same credit card.
