Overview:

It is our pleasure to welcome you to a wonderful stay in Coeur d’Alene. The management of SEASONS Fine Property Management follows a simple, straightforward Booking and Cancellation process for the benefit of all involved. There are no transaction or hidden fees. We keep a small quantity of high-quality properties in excellent condition, and expect high-quality renters in return.

Booking:

To reserve a property, find available calendar dates for the property you wish to stay at. Follow online instructions to confirm booking or call/email Seasons fine property management any time. Seasons requires 50% of the rental price due by credit card in order to ensure your reservation. At 30 days before rental date, the remaining 50% of the rental price, plus 8 percent tax for the total rental amount and any mandatory cleaning fees, will be charged to the same credit card.

 

Security/Cleaning:

Some of our properties may require mandatory exit cleaning fees and accidental insurance fees, which will be stated clearly when processing reservations online. If not stated online, no cleaning fee will be charged if rental is left in clean condition. If the rental is left in unsatisfactory condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file at $25 per hour. Any damages beyond ordinary wear and tear including extreme cleaning will be deducted from accidental insurance if purchased, or from security deposit and or credit card on file. Any remaining damage replacement fees will be mailed to renter’s address on file to be paid within 30 days.

Cancellation:

We require a 30-day cancellation notice in writing or confirmed email, at which time if Seasons can not re-book your reservation a $250 re-booking fee will be charged.  If less than 30 days notice, the entire $250 will be collected regardless.  There shall be no refund of rents if there is less than 14 days notice of cancellation.  There shall be no refund of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, work and family emergencies, and/or other commitments.  Travel insurance is available if desired.

Services:

We want your stay to be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Please let us know anything our Concierge Services Team can provide, including food, drink, transportation, paddleboards, bicycle or jet ski rentals. We can provide daily cleaning if desired. Just ask!
