MONTHLY RATE: During the off-season, mid September through mid May, this home rents for $5000 per month, including all utilities and Internet. During the prime summer months, this home rents for $10,000 per month.

LOCATION/NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
This home is a just north of Sander's Public Beach and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. It's a block away from the Centennial Trail and just a couple of minutes walking distance from downtown’s many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moontime Pub and Grill, and just a couple of miles away is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. BEDROOMS/BATHS
This home has four bedrooms in all. The upstairs spacious master bedroom is beautifully remodeled with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The master suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a beautifully crafted open shower concept, heated tile floors and a double sink/vanity. The middle floor Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, and right next to it is bedroom 3 which has two single beds. A second full size bathroom with a custom tile shower and bathtub is next to Bedroom 2 and 3. Bedroom 4 is downstairs on the lower level of the house. This 4th bedroom suite has king-size bed, a small living area with a pull-out couch, a TV, and a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home is fully stocked with fine quality linens, towels, pillows, and blankets.


INDOOR LIVING SPACE
The Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and updated appliances with a gorgeous tile floor. A chef's dream! A dining table for four and the living room has a comfortable couch and lounge chairs that look onto a gas burning fireplace...perfect for those crisp, chilly evenings! There is also a wall mounted television to watch your favorite shows or movies.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
The front yard is a great place to kick back on some outside chairs and enjoy Sherman Avenues charm. For a bit more privacy, a patio with table for six and propane BBQ is nestled between the home and the separate garage.

This home has Roku app, wireless internet, A/C. What's more....the owner was thoughtful enough to include plenty of games for quality time with your family. Large washer and dryer are located on the lower level of the home for extended stays or dirty expeditions. There is a two-car detached garage and room for 2 more cars to park in front of the garage.

CLEANLINESS
Every surface, top to bottom, in this home is wiped down, disinfected and inspected before each guest arrival.

CITY ORDINANCE
Downtown homes, such as this home, are restricted to family rentals only due to new city requirements for vacation rentals in the city limits. Social or corporate gatherings, retreats, etc. are not permitted in this home. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

PETS
This home is small dog-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee. Please inquire to receive approval of your pet before booking online. (Per the owners request.) Pets will not be allowed on the top floor of the home to prevent damage to the hard wood floors. Please and Thank You 🙂


AIR BNB ONLY
For guests who book on Air BnB, the cleaning fee includes an accidental damage insurance policy covering any accidental guest damage up from $1500-3000. Cancellation Policy
COVID 19 cancellations due to restrictions in rental area will receive full refund, less processing fees.

We require a 30-day cancellation notice. Deposits will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made prior to the required cancellation dates. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and rents paid, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the full period of time at the original rate. In that situation, you will be refunded your deposits/rents paid, less the 10% cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy
50% of the rental price is due by credit card to book the reservation. Within 30 days of the rental date, the remaining balance (50% of the rental price, plus 8% tax, a mandatory cleaning fee, a mandatory insurance fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee) will be charged to the same credit card.
