Featuring beautiful custom architecture and stunning artwork throughout the home, the interior is incredibly spacious. The grand entry features a stunning Chandelier and granite lined fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and exposed wooden beams. The living room has beautiful views of the water, comfortable seating, a TV with Roku, and access to the upper deck. On-site dining is easily enjoyed with a fully stocked kitchen. The large countertops offer plenty of space to prepare meals and the bar, with seating for 4, will encourage guests to join you. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for 8 with a perfect view of the Spokane River and direct access to the deck.

The bedrooms in this home are truly magnificent. The main floor master has a king-size bed, soft plush carpeting, extra closet space, and private balcony access. It also features an amazing ensuite with a double sink, stone shower, and a deep soaking tub. Downstairs you will find two additional spacious bedrooms with patio access to the backyard and sandy beach. One featuring a king-size bed and the other with two queens. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed and personal ensuite with a standing shower.

As much as you will fall in love with the beauty inside the home, you will truly enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck features a BBQ grill and comfortable seating with stunning views of the beach, river, and grassy backyard below. Follow the stairs to the lower patio and backyard where you can spend endless hours laying in the sun or playing yard games in between boating down the river and swimming off the shoreline. This sandy beach also features a firepit for long nights under the stars and roasting s` mores.

Downtown Coeur d`Alene is just a 16-minute car ride away or hop on a boat from the private dock and take the river a short stretch to where it feeds into Lake Coeur d’Alene. The quiet neighborhood of this home is the perfect getaway for friends and family!

Cancellation Policy
COVID 19 cancellations due to restrictions in rental area will receive full refund, less processing fees.

We require a 30-day cancellation notice. Deposits will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made prior to the required cancellation dates. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and rents paid, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the full period of time at the original rate. In that situation, you will be refunded your deposits/rents paid, less the 10% cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy
50% of the rental price is due by credit card to book the reservation. Within 30 days of the rental date, the remaining balance (50% of the rental price, plus 8% tax, a mandatory cleaning fee, a mandatory insurance fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee) will be charged to the same credit card.
